My interview process started a year ago - two technical interviews with other Product Managers, then a short interview with people on the program. We talked about frameworks and there were some program specific questions about scenarios. Pretty laid back and positive experience meeting people across the company.

There was a question about getting buy in from stakeholders and comfort level with doing demos/presentations, since that's a large part of where the program is right now.

Entretien
The recruiter, Brent, was very responsive and it was very nice to have a technical interview and meet with the project lead. Everyone was well-balanced in explaining the roles and responsibilities while also learning about my experiences.
