Initial Phone screen with recruiter, 2 Behavioral rounds, Case study; I made it through all 4 rounds and did not receive an offer. The only feedback I received was the I did not have clear enough communication, even though I was commended on my preparation multiple times. Not enough feedback to warrant the bad news after a final round.

Entretien
Applied online, initial recruiter screen, and then connected with the hiring manager within three days. I had a peer interview after a week which went very well, and then they ghosted me. Had to reach out to two recruiting coordinators to find out they were moving forward with another candidate, and when asked for feedback, they provided none.
