1) Phone Screening with Recruiter 2) Phone Interview with Hiring Manager Applied to this role then the recruiter reached out to me 2 days later to set up a phone screening. Had the phone screening then progressed to a phone interview with the Hiring Manager a week later. After this the firm just “ghosted” me and I never heard back on final status for this role. Very unprofessional.
