Was interviewed by the store manager and assistant manager as well as the operations supervisor that was leaving. Very laid back. Discussed my retail history along with my cash handling techniques. Talked about various ways to calm customers down. Had to take a simple math test. (aced it) Had to pass a back ground check.

Entretien
It was a phone interview which hopefully will be leading up to an in person interview. Position I applied for was filled, but was told to fill out for another position; the area supervisor position.
Questions are strictly from a list and each answer given, has different point values, so it is strictly who scores the best out of a list of candidates. Questions are also based on your previous employment and how the skills transfer to the company.
