It was a short process in which I was asked numerous questions on leadership and my work experience. The interviewer appeared to have set questions she really wanted to target. She shared her experience in growing the company, and what she expected of possible candidates. I was invited to a second round interview where I then got to see an event or venue. The business model is very ingenious and displays quality marketing strategy. I sincerely hope I receive a third round interview call to continue to learn more about the position and possibly be offered an opportunity within the company.
