My interview process with Ocean Bottle was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The entire process dragged on for months, requiring constant follow-up from my side. At one point, I was asked to send an email clarifying certain concerns, only to receive no response whatsoever. This lack of courtesy, communication and value for my time was frustrating. Despite these issues, I want to highlight that the company itself has a lot to offer. The two senior staff members I spoke with during the interviews were very nice and seemed genuinely invested in the brand's mission. However, the lack of communication between interviews and the radio silence ultimately let them down. I truly appreciate and love the objective of the brand, but the interview process needs significant improvement.
