I had only a first round interview. I was interviewed by 2 people who were both IT Directors or managers. The interviewers fostered a very nice environment where I felt comfortable being myself. Overall I had a very positive interview experience and they were very reassuring and positive throughout the interview. Unfortunately though, I did not a another interview or offer and they did not even send me an email or rejection. I even tried following up with them, but I was met with no response.
