The first interview was a panel interview with 2 peers within similar roles and a manager. This interview asked me to review my experiences on my resume. The second interview was with a director. Also completed a test regarding excel skills. An offer came; negotiated benefits; background check was intense they called to verify with my current employer so I had to let them know that I intended to leave before that process was complete; medical screening was a hair test.
