Applied online. Invited to present at their office in Hatfield.
I am posting to help other people that may come to be in my position. It was a very disappointing process altogether, that only made me feel as though they wanted a presentation to steal ideas.
The interview day itself was disorganized. It showed there had been no communication between the person that interviewed me and the HR that invited me for the interview.
After a week and a half of no feedback, I messaged them for the 2nd time trying to know my situation and this was the reply from HR:
" I hope you are well. You should have received an email to say that unfortunately you were unsuccessful can you please check if you received this?
Thanks "
I find it quite offensive that after travelling almost 3hours one way from London to Hatfield, they were not prepared for me, and then I also receive this as my feedback. I do not wish to work for a company where you are made to feel like just another cog in the machine.
I am quite outraged by the experience altogether. A waste of my time and money. But I believe in Karma, and that is enough for me.
