There's stages interview. The first time was held online, and conducted by company's Director himself. The interview will take some times. The interview covered many aspects including your career history, soft skills and technical knowledge. The interviewer is very much knowledgable and he appreaciate if you are being truthful and honest rather than trying to circle around the question and act smart. The second stage is being held physically, in the office. Again you are being tested with your soft skills, technical knowledge and theory. The director seems strict but approachable and easy to talk to. He's open to discussion.
