Informal, seemed incredibly illegitimate and definitely too good to be true. The interview took about 10 minutes and it seemed more like a conversation having nothing to do with my skills or what I could provide to the company. In fact, I'm not sure my resume was even reviewed - they just needed people to sell, sell, sell their product. Not to mention I have heard horror stories from former employees - it was a hard pass from me when I was offered a second interview.
