Interview process was fairly simple. I met with the property manager and we discussed what I would be doing if I accepted the job. I was shown around the office and model. I was offered the job the next day and sent for a drug test. Once that came back ok, I was signed up for orientation and training.

My intial interview with the PM went very well. I felt welcomed to the property and the manager along with the staff was very nice. We went into an office and went over my resume, talked about the role, along with my customer service experience. The PM also asked what attracted me to the leasing/property management industry.
