I applied online and almost the same day received a call to come in an take two aptitude tests. One was a Wonderlick 20 minute math test. The second was a Bennet 68 question 30 minute mechanical test. About a week later, I was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview. The office environment was not like anything I had experienced in the past. There is not much privacy. There appeared to be 2-3 desks or cubicles a few feet from the shop floor. The company has been featured in several magazines. The people seem very dedicated and focused.
