Fairly straightforward process. Recruiter handles the interview flow with leadership. No clinical questions. Mostly want to know teamwork style and why they’re company/mission. Would prepare with routine behavior interview questions.

Initial phone interview followed by second phone interview with medical staff, followed by in person interview with department chief, followed by, virtual interview with regional director, followed by phone discussion with HR staff.

Entretien
Very relaxed and easy. Basically they were trying to sell the position to you. The interviewer wanted to explain the company more than he wanted to get to know me.
