Phone interview, then in person with a group of other people who I would be working with.The position was actually for something else that I wasn't applying for but they found a position for me. The interview was very informal they just wanted to know my experiences and skills that I have used and for how long. Very friendly and down to earth.Then I came in for a group interview. It was very short and to the point.Again friendly and low key.
