I was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks after applying. She conducted a phone interview with me that lasted about ~15 minutes. It was general interview questions about my current role, education, and desired salary. During the phone interview she reviewed my application and made sure my information was correct. Two weeks later I was called by the same recruiter that told me to be expecting a phone call from the operations manager. He called me the next day and asked me the same questions as far as current role, if I currently used procedures at my work, and if I had experience working with/around radiation. After the interview he said that he would take what he had gathered to HR and his administrator to see about getting a face to face interview. I was contacted the next week about scheduling an on site interview. During the interview they asked more personality type questions and gave me a tour of the facility. The recruiter and operations manager were both very informative. They replied to my emails promptly and answers all questions.
