My interview took about 20 minutes. I met the manager in the alterations studio of the main retail location. We talked about my employment history and why I thought my customers service skills were above average. I interviewed only with the general manager, but I've been told by a friend who also applied that she interviewed with the general manage AND business owner at the same time. I interviewed on a Thursday afternoon. When I left, I was told that, "We would like you yo join our team, but please speak to your family over the weekend and make a decision that you think is best for yourself, then contact us on Monday." It was a very positive atmosphere and experience.
