First it started off with telephonic screening, then the HR round. After the HR round was cleared the next round was the team lead followed by the regional hub head.

seemed easy, hard to find out the direction of the company, not sure they really knew, had the start up feel and culture. Could be a good spot, maybe timing was off. Sounded like long hours were required.

MMCEO arranged my interview with two senior people. Both interviewed thoroughly to understand whether I am a good fit for the position. Both gave a positive nod and the Business Head told me that I would receive a further call from HR people.
Later HR guys called me to take it further. I felt HR practices and approach was very rude and unethical. I felt it kind of bullying that resulted me to loose the interest in the job position I was quite interested for.
Advice to interested candidates : Never ever send them salary history docs before you get an offer from them. Even if they insist for it.
