I had originally had applied for another position but didn't get it, and then when this position was posted I got a call from the TA department asking me if I was still interested. I did a quick overview of the position over the phone and then got called in to do an in-person interview with 2 people. The interview lasted about an hour and several hours later I get a call saying they want to offer me the position. I was shocked that it happened so quickly!! Overall the interview process was fairly quick for me, and I was super excited to join. It was until after I joined and got to see how much of a mess it is. !
