I was contacted by a in house recruiter in Indian 3 times through linked in . He seemed to be targeting people who worked for my company . Was told he would call me at 12 but didn’t . I finally received a call a week later inviting me to an assessment day . I attended the assessment day which was a shambles . They didn’t have a room booked at the office so we had to drive in a taxi to another hotel . We then started the process 1.5 hours later which consisted of A group activity 3 minute presentation on something you are passionate about . One to one interview with either one of the recruiters or the head of sales. We were advised we would have breakfast supplied but we weren’t . Also that our taxi would be reimbursed. The company doesn't do what they say they are going to do . They say they will call you back and never reply to emails .
