Two rounds done but didn't received any feedback from HR. Kindly provide feedback to the Candidates it is a good practice. HR even didn't know regarding process properly. I would suggest HR and interviewers to provide proper feedback.

Entretien
Initial screening by HR, then 2 discussions and final round with Co-Founder.
HR takes a thorough discussion, will elaborate about the role and company. 1st 2 rounds are more of technical, final discussion happens with the co-founder and offer discussion post selection
