Calm and chill interview process, first interview by phone, then an onine interview on Teams, followed by an on-site "chat", company focuses on personal attributes and technical understanding of the job, and teamwork is highly regarded

Entretien
Initial phone conversation, then a F2F interview. Very positive experience and they came across and friendly and engaging. Received a lab tour and I believe there would be a lot of opportunity to develop in the company
