Processo di selezione molto lungo, oltre due mesi e mezzo di colloqui. Alla fine è stato scelto un candidato interno. Comunicazione poco trasparente, nessun feedback finale spontaneo e ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per conoscere lo stato della candidatura. Anche gli step del processo non erano chiari fin dall’inizio.
