Entretien
I was reached pout by corporate recruiter, received an email. I called back and then I was scheduled an in person interview at JFK.
Follow up email about the location and the time of the interview. Met with a member of the staff at the airport and walked to the interview location together.

Nothing special really, I am not sure if he was prepared in the first place. Also I am not sure if he did know the vision of the company when I asked... I also felt he was uncomfortable I don't know why. I think I was overqualified on his eyes for the role. In short I felt they wasted my time... make sure you have a phone interview first....

Entretien
I had a phone interview first to check that I understood what the job was going entail. Then I had an in person interview where I met several other hiring managers and toured the facilities. Then I was invited back to do a tasting.
