I was issued a temporary ID without delay and felt like I was being welcomed into a well organised ecosystem. The process began with a Voice & Accent (V&A) assessment, which was a bit detailed but very fair and relevant to the role. It took me around an hour to complete and gave a clear sense of what kind of communication skills the role demands. Following this, I was invited for an interaction with the Manager and Ops Manager, and that’s where the process stood out. It wasn’t just a standard Q&A it was a mutual conversation. They shared their own journeys, explained the role in depth, discussed growth paths, and helped me understand the impact of the position. The interaction made me feel genuinely comfortable and confident throughout. Also, in one word was outstanding. The HR executive guiding me through the process was incredibly jolly, polite, communicative, and supportive. Her energy made the environment stress-free, which is rare and highly appreciated during interviews.
