It was pretty informal and comfortable. The interviewer was of senior level management and was extremely nice. She spoke in a way that dignified me as a candidate and put me at ease. It was conversational. We discussed my skills and I answered some personality questions. I was hired on the spot. I filled out my new hire paperwork and emailed it back to the HR Rep. The entire interview lasted about 30 mins. Since I have been in the industry for a while, we knew some of the same people and briefly discussed my relationship with them.
