Entretien
There was a simple recorded interview. You had an unlimited amount of time/tries to complete the recording. About a week after, if ORAU likes you, they send your resume/cover letter to the placement office (EPA) and that office will approve you (they always approve anyone ORAU sends). Then you have to submit a background check and a drug test.

Why would you want to work in this specific position (in my case EPA)?
Interview was simple. Submit a video interview along with a couple of phone screenings. The interviewers are very polite and walk you through each step in the process. There is plenty of notice for start time.
