Good interview process. The hiring Manager was well informed of my resume and did a good job of getting to the meat of my experience . We spent a lot of time talking about the current direction of the company where I would fit in. I expressed how and where I would like to be in the next 5 years and they seemed genuinely interested in this. Very refreshing.
