Your working interview is begging for sales in a Walmart for the company Xfinity. Do not interview for this job if you actually want a MARKETING job. 4-5 people who walked out of the CEO's office at the end of the interview were crying. The CEO is rude, arrogant, and shoves in your face how much money he makes a year. I was offered the job and decided to turn it down solely on the fact alone that I did not want to work for someone who has no respect for others and is vain.

A very negative experience. Unfortunately, open honesty is a trait that is rarely seen. The lack of openness is very off-putting. Marketing is not sales, and vice versa. Marketing is a whole other industry and its a shame to see so many companies using the word 'marketing' to lure people into the trap of a door-to-door sales or fishy sales job. This job is a dead end, and doesn't help the world, economy, or environment in any way. I see it as pointless living.

First round Interview asked very basic questions basically a meet and greet. Come back for second round interview that is scheduled for 7 hours to go over the details of the job. Everything is commission based until you get to management. No benefits to speak of and was told 60hour weeks are common. Very low expected earnings until you hit trainer which they said averages a out 4 months. They feed you a lot of lines about money and being an entrepreneur and owning your own business but it's really just a multi level management pyramid. If you want to sacrifice your entire life for 15 years and work constantly then I'm sure you could find success here. They seemed to basically want to hire everyone.
