Spoke with talent acquisition, proceeded to first interview which was a design presentation. The interviewer (design lead) was very snobby and basically saying the designer is there to support the team at all times (meaning lot's of OT). He also arrived to interview 5 minutes late and cut the interview short which is very unprofessional.
