Interview process consisted of an initial round with the recruiter, 2nd round with 3 panelists (the HM, a close XFN partner, and a VP level stakeholder). Final round interview was with a senior level leadership development manager.

I had general questions related to my approach to leadership, change management experience, and influencing positive outcomes. The other questions were related to building successful teams, stakeholder management, and scaling.
