I had applied online and then got a call from HR for phone interview. The phone interview had some usual questions and some behavioral and situational questions. In the second round I had face to face interview with the managers. Overall experience was okay.

The hiring managers didn't ask too much about my past working experience, on the contrary, they told me how do people work here. One of them even left the office after five minutes during the interview, another one stayed and keep the process going on. She told me many applicants even have master degree and CPA license but still can't find a job, the large companies don't want them. At the same time, she knew the HR department forbidden the HM to ask personal questions, but she personally intended to hire the people with families( which means married or have a child). Because this type of candidates are more reliable than a single person, can stay longer in a place such as three or five years. She doesn't want to hire an employee who learned knowledge and skills shortly then left for another company. After the interview, I told HR I will discontinue the hiring process.
