I initially applied to the logistics specialist position , and after 2 rounds of phone interview and continuous follow up was called for onsite interview. Initially met with the HR coordinator and 3 other managers and had an amazing session of information exchange. The HR supervisor is absolutely brilliant, as she could evaluate the right fit for me and suggested I meet with the IT head, who was a knowledgeable man himself. I cleared the interview but had to unfortunately turn down the offer due to the salary pay

Someone on the recruitment team reached out to me. I proceeded to interview, 3 rounds. Second round was with their technical lead, and what threw me off was that half of the interview was conducted in Mandarin Chinese. I was not aware that this was a requirement. I thought it went well. After passing the second round, the next one was with their Director and someone from HQ. That was also conducted in Mandarin. Upon completion, there was a generic rejection email from their ATS. When I asked for some feedback, the recruiter ghosted me. Wish they should consider applicant's time a little more, and clearly define job requirements for candidates.
