They reached out to me. We spoke trough a zoomlike app. I didn't want to continue because their interview process is not good for a employed candidate, it looked like 2-3 online test must be done before any interview.

they give a test contains three steps. first step has 40 multiple choice question about my technical skills. second step is to test my hands-on experience (code writing). last step is they record a video and you talk about your previous experience and they ask some system design questions.
