The interview was very informal. I was introduced to the managing partner of my discipline and we had lunch. He then referred me to the office where I was designated to work and the manager there. I met him and his wife for dinner the next evening., more of a conversation and get to know you session. We all spoke the same professional language and it was a very easy process.
