Awful. Wasted my time. I was specifically recruited via LinkedIn. Asked if the terms were appealing. 15 minute initial interview scheduled where we discussed nothing new. Only things that were already on my resume. And the interviewer knew almost nothing about the job that he recruited me for. Even so, he told me that I would be getting contacted back for a follow-up interview. Instead, I received a rejection email. Very different from what I was told, but that's business sometimes. And then they sent the rejection email *AGAIN* a couple days later. I get it - you don't want me, even though you claimed you were interested. Do you really have to tell me multiple times?
