First interview was with the HR reaching out to me followed up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. Now the redflags were there right from the start where they took over two weeks to reply between the first and the second round interview. The third round was at their corporate HQ’s in perrysburg and it was a panel round that last 3.5 hours with various managers and leaders. They took three weeks to only tell me they hired somebody internally to take up the position. I am glad I didn’t join OI, don’t seem to be decisive nor do they seem to value an individual’s time.
