Unprofessional, lack of communication, drawn out process -- got the impression the women hiring for the position had no idea what they were doing. After completing a lengthy edit test they ghosted and I had to follow up for my own rejection, lol. I'd steer clear of this place unless desperate.

very long drawn out without clear communication of the role of next steps. very junior team with not a lot of growth or visibility on work. the women who interviewed was hardly paying attention and didnt show any enthusiasm
