Two rounds of interview were conducted, first with the Vice President - Marketing & Communications and second with the CMO leading Marketing for Nykaa Fashion. The interview process was lengthy and lasted a couple of weeks, I was also asked to work on an assignment to showcase my thinking and knowledge with regards to the role.
