two face to face interviews and one group assessment which assessed your interest in real estate and financial markets. Both interviewers were nice and friendly but asked brain teasers and examples of past experiences where you've done well

There was an assessment day which contained multiple interviews with different employees. Good process that was easy to understand and the people were friendly. Told about outcome via email and applied with CV.

Entretien
Assessment Centre , Interview 1 and Interview 2. The assessment center is with other candidates and members of the company. Each interview is with a member of the company. I recommend talking a lot with examples and experiences, since they don't ask as many questions.
