Received call day after applying from HR, did screening, was told next week I would be contacted about next steps, got email following week to schedule a IN PERSON interview. Following interview was told there would be two more rounds and HR will reach out, one week later no communication and status online showing as under review, I email HR and they ghost. Very very disappointed in the lack of communication. If you have already found the candidate and waiting for them to accept, then reject the other candidates who took time and effort to meet the hiring manager. Totally disrespectful and no excuse to send a quick email or even just update the online application to no longer under consideration.
