Only had a phone interview and talent acquisition guy started off by critiquing my resume on how to format it. Luckily I did my own research about the company but he just immediately jumped right into the interview told me nothing about the company itself. Couldn't even say the names of the previous companies I worked for right. They need a new talent acquisition person. When I asked him a question about the type of candidate they were looking for he kept his answer short and vague. Just said what we talked about is what they are looking for.
