Managers were very disorganized and rude. Asked questions completely unrelated to the job like “do you have kids, tell me about that.” Asked about 15 behavioral questions about deadlines and spent half the interview discussing their switch to SAP and how half their company are currently contractors. Was informed that they have kept interns in internship positions for three years. Decided to end the interview with a “pop quiz” where they read off accounting questions from a laptop with the expectation of immediate answers and no outside resources used. I would steer clear of internship positions within this department as they seem to want to hire a full blown accountant while paying them half the standard salary under the guise of a THREE YEAR internship. Withdrew my candidacy following this interview.
