I interviewed in their on-site office with a field level supervisor, a plant manager, and an HR representative. They took turns asking me about my resume, behavioral and situational type questions. The interviewers were not intimidating at all and allowed me to reiterate myself if my answer wasn't relevant enough. The interview took about 35 minutes, and they asked if I had any questions at the end.
