The process started with a prerecorded video interview. The screen prompted questions, gives you thirty seconds to prepare and then records your answer. I was later offered a phone interview. An email was sent to me stating who would be on the call. The phone interview didn't actually have those people on the call. It took about thirty minutes. It was a combination of classic interview questions and questions about my qualifications.
