Process took a little over 3 weeks. Had an initial phone interview with the director of talent acquisition which lasted for about 30-40 minutes. By next week i was invited onsite for a 4 hour interview with the team. I followed up the week after that and received an offer shortly.

contacted by recruiting manager through LinkedIn - 1st phone call to discuss Nutanix and the opportunity, we agreed to meet face to face in office. good session meeting several members of the recruiting team and some of the hiring managers I'd support. all interviewers were well prepared and I got a good impression of company and culture and the role's requirements. The day after the interview, I got a call from the recruiting manager to tell me I passed and we discussed compensation and start date.
