I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter for an HRBP role at Nutanix. The conversation was professional and focused on previous HRBP experience, influencing stakeholders, employee relations, and communication style.
The recruiter was friendly and informative throughout the process, and the interview felt conversational rather than overly formal. Communication during the process was generally positive, although the timeline for next steps was a little unclear.
While I ultimately was not selected to move forward, I appreciated the professionalism and respectful communication throughout the experience.
Overall, it was a positive interview experience.

Question 1
One question I remember being asked was about influencing without direct authority.
4 rounds from local to global and country manager. Process took a bit long but the interviewers themselves were professional and knowledgeable. Last round with country manager was difficult, requiring insights into the business even for a HR position.

Question 1
How would you balance between the business leaders' requests and drawing the line as a HR leader?
Started with Recruiter interview, then Hiring Manager interview, and additionally, there were about 5 interviews. The Recruiter interview lasted about 1 hour, while other interviews were about 30 minutes. 2 of the interviewers were not sure what the role was for the interview.
