I met with the hiring manager, HR for behavioral questions, gave a presentation, and met with many future colleagues. All of the questions were fair and the people were nice. People were not so prepared with knowing who I would work for and things like this. The hiring manager was upfront, kind and helpful even after telling me their first choice candidate took the position.

2 phone interviews then talking to various current employees. HR person didn't even know the job description. In general, people were friendly, the CTO was very condescending. They kept saying they were too busy.
