I had a disappointing experience during the final round of interviews with this company. The first three interviews went very well, the team seemed engaged and respectful. However, in the final interview, this manager asked about my ethnic background after commenting on my accent, which made me uncomfortable as it's irrelevant. Throughout the entire interview, he rested on his arms, avoided eye contact, and even said he was tired. He seemed completely disengaged and didn't ask questions which felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I hadn’t even applied for the role; they had reached out to me.
