You take a Personality Assessment and an IQ test. The next step in the process was a phone interview. The third step was an in-person interview. It was this in-person interview where the process broke down, since the hiring manager wasn't present. I figured when I was invited a second time to meet with the hiring manager that it would be because the company was interested in making me an offer. Instead, the hiring manager seemed disinterested, despite the fact that other companies were interested. I honestly felt that the whole process had just wasted my time.
